This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the website operated by UAB “Apps Libri” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Since we offer digital products and subscriptions, please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
All our products are digital downloadable files and subscriptions granting access to digital content.
No physical items are shipped.
Once payment is successfully confirmed, the user immediately receives access to the digital content. Therefore, the service is considered fully delivered.
According to the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
Therefore:
Payments for digital products or subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the content has been provided.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the user agrees to receive immediate access after payment.
Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, such as:
A technical error resulting in multiple charges for the same product or subscription period;
A system error preventing the user from accessing purchased content for more than 48 hours after payment;
The Company terminates the subscription service for reasons not attributable to the user.
In such cases, please contact us via email at services@appslibri.com, providing your order number and payment details.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of confirmation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your account.
Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle, and any payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.
If, after completing payment, you:
do not receive access to your subscription, or
are unable to download files due to a technical error,
please contact us via email at services@appslibri.com.
Our team will review the situation and help restore access or resolve the issue.
